thinking about doing mine gold or black. Leaning more towards the black because I havent seen the gold done on a ppw. Then again I dont want black because my rh pro r5 rims are black with polished lip.
Op do you have that 350z decal on both the front and rear calipers. Do you possible have a distanced picture that shows both the front and rears. Thanks

yes the picture is there on my second post
I dont see anything wrong with painting stock calipers.
Why should only BBK's be coloured? There are plenty of cars that have non-BBK coloured brakes as stock. eg Golf GTI.
Painting calipers is about looks and style... not to "show off" a BBK.
Whats more retarded is people putting in huge BBKs with 20" wheels and cheap tires, without any engine performance mods which screws the performance of their car.

If there's no style in it, why are BBK's red? ... to stand out and look unique while being high performance. There's some style in it. It's all a matter of opinion and who really cares anyway?
Very good point. BBks are big and high performance so they paint them to "stand out". Stock calipers are small and lower performance so they don't paint them to "hide"

I'm from a small Missouri town. I can easily say my car is in the top 5 sexiest sports cars in town. There is a drug dealer in an 08 Nismo.
Wake up. You're in Cali, people just have more money and nicer things there. My high school didn't even have A/C until 2002. (Long after I was there). No one is laughing at me. The hit car here is still Cobalts and Civics. People flock to my Z as if it's a God or from another planet. I see maybe one other Z a week... if I make enough trips to STL
As I've said... it's an opinion. I like it. 99.9% don't know the difference. Plus, the stock brakes are bigger than most cars. PLUS most of the comments I get on my car are from folks saying "that car's sexy, what is it?" They don't even know what the car is. They don't care if I spend a retarded amount of money on brakes that NOBODY needs unless they're racing or painted them with a can of paint. I know I can't change your opinion but please respect mine. We all have Z's... some of us are rich and some of us aren't but we are all on the same team.

Remember, you made reference to "retarded amount of money on brake that NOBODY needs......". So are you also disrespecting other people's opinion then?
I do recpect your opinion and everybody else's. For everything in the world there would be people "for" and "against". This is a discussion forum and if you put up something, don't expect everybody to be in the same line. And the fact that someone says he does not like something that you like does not constitute disrespect for your opinion. I have some stuff on my car that some would consider "retarded". But I paid for them because I like them.
