I use the stange gr+ only noise was the back end clunk, but solved this with making a gasket out of 1/4 inch gasket paper, as for ride quality everyone always asks how much spring did you cut to lower it on the stock suspension. I fell it is harder, But its very nice to ride, unless you hit coble stone then your screwed, hope you don't
have fillings....

I've had my gr+ for about a year already and I am very happy with them. Dropped about two inches and still rides great. I have the oem style and no problems.

Now my buddy on the other hand has gr+ true coil in the rear and he has already blown the bushing on each side where the coil mounts to the knuckle. He bought the car with the coils already installed, but the previous owner says they had about 10k miles on them.

Quick question.. Can you change the drop distance by setting the coilovers with settings that it gives you?

For all you guys running coilovers, do you have upper control arms (front camber), rear camber kit, and rear toe arms? I plan on running 1.5-2.00 inch drop for the 'no-gap' look if that matters.

how are the stance gr+ compared to tein basic when slammed? I rode in my friends with the tein basics and his rear is maxed out, but his front has about another inch he can go down and the ride is so smooth for being on coilovers. I was surprised.

I was curious to see how the gr+ compares to the tein basics for those who have used both in their cars?

I also was told that the truetype coilovers are able to drop lower than the oem version, is this true? I don't know which one to get for my g35.
