Default '08 350z brake pad replacement

Sorry for the noob question, but I've been searching for half an hour and I've had no luck. Seems this question is too simple to answer anywhere, hah.

First time replacing brakes for my 2008 Touring Z. I'm looking for street pads, and I've heard Hawk HPS pads are good. I'm not sure which ones to order though, because when I go on ebay to purchase they either say Hawk HPS are for 03-07 (does that mean not for 08, or just a typo???) or they say they are either for Brembo+18" wheels or non-Brembo+NO 18" wheels.

But I have non-Brembo and 18" wheels! I know nothing about cars, and I don't want to order the wrong thing.

Also, should I just go ahead and upgrade to Brembo brakes? And if so, would I have to get anything other than pads? Cost matters, but I'm flexible.

You need pads for specifically the 06 to 08 non brembo up front and 03 to 08 rear pads are all the same.

Search the forums here - I'm sure there are several threads. Also, a lot of the vendors on here know exactly what you need and will post specials, etc.

Upgrading to Brembos is not necessary if you're a street driver. It's also big dollars (3-4 large).
