Default Time For A wheel Alignment?

I guess it might be time for a wheel alignment. My car has 8200 miles, and I currently replaced the back tires, 1100 miles ago, and when I drive 1-45mph the car drives perfectly straight, but when I enter the highway at 45+ my car starts to steer crazy to different directions. Could it be that the tire shop didn't balance my tires aswell, or could it be another reason then a wheel alignment?

Steering problems with a 2008? The car is under warranty. Let Nissan fix it.
