Will 07 coilovers fit a 04 Z?

A buddy of mine is selling his megan coilovers off his 07 HR Z, i was wondering if they would fit on my 04 Z?

Look at the part number for 2004.
Look at the part number for 2007.
Are they the same? Different? There you go.
