Default brake question

i just installed two new oem brake pads and two new centric rotors. and i got my e-brake adjusted it feels like the car is slower or like its being held back maybe brakes r rubbing? is there anyway i could check if the brakes r rubbing?

Why only 2 pads? Did you only change one side?

i meant the two front brakes. total of four pads total. but the two front brakes.

it would be obvious, at stops or after driving your brakes would be smoking,also you can put it in neutral and see if it rolls freely

would it be hot or would it start smelling? i know right now it gets really hot but def no smell.

also the way he adjusted the e-brake was that he went into the brake opened up a small hole and cranked a few notches.
