Yet another drop with Tanabe GF210 and KYB shocks (before and after pics)
So I wanted to do the drop with GF210's using stock shocks but when I went to install them, I noticed that the rear shocks were leaking. I figured that the fronts were going to die soon too so I replaced all 4 with KYB GR-2 shocks. I didn't want to spend too much but wanted something that performed a little better than stock. The cost for the springs were $200, the shocks were $300, and a wheel alignment after for $40. No camber / toe kit right now but my next upgrade are going to be new wheels so I'll be getting it then. The ride is 10x better now!!!
Here are some pics. What do you think???

that's a great drop and clean car! are those shocks designed for stock spring travel or lower? a quick search didn't turn up much except that they deliver moderate handling increase.

these results are for the g35 since they didn't list for an 06 350z. description mentions coupe with sports suspension.

no idea. I only got them because it was a good price and suppose to be a little better than oem replacements which is what I was going for. I guess only time will tell...

I' researching on this setup so lets bring this back to life...
OP can you give a review on handling, lowering, and reliability on this setup for a dd
Are those good shocks for lowering springs? You still have this setup? Maybe post 3 year after install pics to see the drop
TIA
