I answered this in my post 33...last thing i wrote....

I have verified this and hits to the tranny cross member will push up the tranny and will be felt if you have your hand on the shifter when you hit...

Its shown in this pic on the top right.....its the black steel stamped brace held in with 2 bolts on each side:

its not soo bad......i mean, dont go flying over bumps denting the crap outta that cross beam.....

but it has built in shock absorbers in that cross member holding the tranny ...rubber blocks..

look under your car, see if anything is hanging lower than it should be...sounds to me that something is out of place, im lowered quite a bit, way lower than stechs, and dont have a problem with speedbumps for the most part...

Either you dont know how to angle your car, or you have a battle field of messed up roads where you live. Your rolling on s-techs? I consider that riding around 4x4 status

I have ~1.5'' clearance with my stance coilovers and i can get up most speedbumps no problem. OP you just need to learn how to take angles over bumps. Its not the springs, you just suck at driving lowered cars (stech is a poor excuse to be even considered lowered). Practice over speedbumps.

If i can do it, you can too

You must have some serious speed bumps if you're bottoming out on s-tech's. I on sportlines which are probably the lowest springs and I get over them perfectly fine.
