Breaklight right below the Speedometer question

Breaklight right below the Speedometer question
Can anyone tell me where the sensor that turns on and off the red hand brake light under the speedometer is?
Whenever i accelerate my brake light turns on and it's starting to get really annoying. The only way to turn it off is to break really hard. I imagine the sensor has come loose or something so I'd like to inspect it.
thanks for any help or input.

Fill your brake fluid, its very common. BTW your pads are probably getting low and may need replacement.

Haha, yes thank you for that. I did spell it wrong in the title but I did spellit right in my post.
Also, its not a warning light I'm trying to disable, I'm talking about the red brake light that turns on when your hand brake is engaged. Mine turns on even when my hand brake is not engaged.
Is filling brake fluid still a common fix for this problem?
Thanks

If you would have read your owners manual, you would have discovered an important piece of information...
Brake warning light
This light functions for both the parking brake
and the foot brake systems.
Parking brake indicator:
When the ignition key is in the ON position, the
light comes on when the parking brake is applied.
Low brake fluid warning light:
The light warns of a low brake fluid level. If the
light comes on while the engine is running with
the parking brake not applied, stop the vehicle
and perform the following:
1. Check the brake fluid level. Add brake fluid as
necessary. See “Brake and clutch fluid” in the
“8. Maintenance and do-it-yourself” section.
2. If the brake fluid level is correct, have the
warning system checked by a NISSAN
dealer. Avoid high speed driving and abrupt
braking.
If both the brake warning light and the antilock
brake warning light come on simultaneously,
it may indicate the anti-lock brake
system is not functioning properly. See “Antilock
brake warning light” earlier in this section.
WARNING
Your brake system may not be working
properly if the warning light is on.
Driving could be dangerous. If you
judge it to be safe, drive carefully to
the nearest service station for repairs.
Otherwise, have your vehicle
towed because driving it could be
dangerous.
Pressing the brake pedal with the
engine stopped and/or low brake
fluid level may increase your stopping
distance and braking will require
greater pedal effort as well as
greater pedal travel.
If the brake fluid level is below the
MINmark on the brake fluid reservoir,
do not drive until the brake system
has been checked at a NISSAN
dealer.
BTW - as your pads wear down, the fluid level drops. Just because you add more fluid doesn't mean all your problems are solved. Get the pads checked before you find yourself unable to stop.

I did read post 2 terrasmak and thanks for your info. When i said "will filling the the brake fluid still fix this problem" i was asking for anyone to re-confirm what you said.
However It looks like Dave has verified that.
Thanks all for everyone's input.
