Did you read what your owners manual says about that particular light..
Does the light come on when you start the car or once you start driving it?
How did you have it secured to the trailer?
If the light comes on while the engine is running,
it may indicate the anti-lock brake system is not
functioning properly. Have the system checked
by your NISSAN dealer.
If a malfunction occurs in the system, the antilock
function of the brake will cease operation
but the ordinary brakes will continue to operate.
See “Anti-lock brake system (ABS)” in the “5.
Starting and driving” section for further details.
If the light comes on while you are driving,
contact your NISSAN dealer for repair.

My wild-*** guess would be that one of the straps has broke/pulled loose one of the wheel speed sensors. Look behind the wheel hub for a wire coming down the shock tower. If there's no signal, that could cause the ABS light to come on immediately.
