I am trying to get F+R for my OEM Brembo Brake.

Those are just regular replacement pads. What are you looking for, a normal, everyday driving pad? They will work. If you lean on them hard, they won't be happy, not designed for that.

how are they compare to posi quiet pad??
I want some endless vita pads but they are 190 shipped, compare to those are like 60-80 shipped for brembo F+R

Any stock replacement type pad will be the same, just an average, functional brake pad. If you try to track it, it will overheat and crack, fade, crumble, etc. 99% of people don't drive like that, and the ones that do spend the money for higher-performance pads at the expense of pad life, smoothness, noise, dust, and money.

Posi-quiets are another generic pad. I put a set on my gf's mom's Caravan. She is happy with them.

Can't say i've ever had Endless products, but i've only heard good things about the.

I ran Hawk HPS's for about 50K miles on my Cobalt, and absolutely loved them. Combined with some better rotors, car gained a ton of braking power over stock. Could easily overpower even good tires, but the agressive bite made hard driving much more fun than with stocks. Also never got any fade.
