Ok so I've been reading up on this all day and I think it's ok, but just wanted to make sure.
Yesterday i installed carbotech pads, new rotors, fluid, and ss lines. Went to bed in the pads and rotors today and followed carbotechs instructions. After I got out the car, I noticed my rotors had turned blue on the inside. Maybe I got the brakes too hot. But stoptechs website says it's better to get them hotter than not hot enough. And all four corners got like that, so that means if I have a stuck caliper, then all four are stuck.
After proper cooling, the brakes feel perfectly normal with no vibrations and noises under normal driving.
So did I ruin the rotors or cook the pads? Or am I just paranoid? Hopefully the latter

you should be ok.. its normal for some slight discoloration in new rotors right after bedding.
did you 'smoke' the pads and do the proper cool down? seems like you did if there were no vibrations/noise
