Default stoptech big brake kit my 06 track (HELP)

I tried installing stop tech bbk, but ran into some problems.

1. the bracket for the rear is a couple millimeters off. Tried everything, but nothing would work. has anyone run into this problem?

I have the st45 in the rear. and st40 in the front.

no, he means st45 rear--just like he wrote.

op, this may be a stupid question but have you tried swapping the brackets from one side to the other?

Caliper bracket for ST45s should be the same for base or Brembo equipped car.

EDIT: You also realize that with the ST45s, you are required to trim the back mounting "ears" until they are flush with the brackets right? If you don't trim, factory mounting tabs will stick out a few mm.

The install is the same whether or not its a track model.

Check page 11 of the manual here:

Might be what you are missing.
