I would like to drop my car but I want to make sure that I won't have any problems before I order the springs. I am running 20" wheels and the rears are 275/30/20's and the fronts are 245/30/20's. Also, would I need anything besides springs if only going down 1"?
You can lower it but you will need camber bars for the rear to get back into spec depending on what springs you chose. You need spacers badly your stance will make your car look a lot better

Thanks for the reply. Can you recommend a good place to pick up the spacers? Also, if I go with the Eibach Pro Springs will I need the camber bars?
If you keep at an ~1" or less camber arms are a 100% necessity. I would look into a 15mm spacer all around, but be aware that you will need to get ones that come with extended studs.
As for the spacers, I would get the bolt ons. There are several brands, but, I know of Ichiba. The below link will show you how to measure. Then, scroll down to select the one for your Z.

So does that mean that over 1" camber arms are not necessary?

Thanks guys. Unfortunately the camber was screwed up before I even did the drop. The insides of the rear tires are in pretty bad shape already.
When you say bad shape, do you mean excessive wear compared to the other parts of the tire? If so, it's probably a toe problem (too much toe-out in this case). Camber does affect the tire wear (duhh), but, a bad toe adjustment is 100x worst.

Reason: I meant toe-out, not toe-in.

Thanks, I'm planning on getting the camber/toe package on the vender classifieds on here.
Took a couple of better pictures this evening. I need to get some good shots later but these will hold me over until then.
