Red 370Z 40th Anniversary Calipers ... What do you think?
obivously the lighter the color, the more prone it is to showing dirt
As for those calipers, the kit has been shown to be inferior to the stock brembo's - and there are not many good upgraded pad options available for them (nor a wide selection of rotor upgrades either). Plus, they weigh a TON. Personally, I'd pass unless all you're doing is parking lot pimping, in which case, brakes hardly matter

Well, I tried to put in an order for these calipers but a certain dealership informed me that only the fronts are available. The rears are not, and will only be produced for warranty issues since the vehicle is fairly new. I could still order them, but who knows how long it would take. The last item they had with a similar issue was the a control arm for an Armada and it took 90 days. This sucks. I just might rock the black ones. Should I wait? There's no rush anyways.
The rear calipers, apparently, are special order items, and there is but a handful of the fronts in the US. I've been hearing different responses regarding the non-availability of the rear calipers. One dealership said 2 weeks, one said 1 month, and 1 said 3 months for the wait.
Who should I believe? Courtesy Nissan? West Covina Nissan? Performance Nissan?
The rears are in "restricted distribution" according to those dealerships.

Thanks Waizzz. Shortly after you posted this I called Performance Nissan and talked to Nicki. Not only was she able to acquire the calipers in a few days, but she didn't charge me until they received all four! She even took pictures and emailed them to me just so I know they weren't sending the regular black ones. Performance Nissan is up there with Z1 Motorsports in my book as far as great overall service.
