Lightbulb ...Crawford strut bar question?

Can you increase the tension of the strut bar, for better camber control, beyond hand twisting it? If so, how? The instructions aren't clear?

Thanks

After the strut bar's installed, do you rotate the bar to apply the tension outward or inward between the strut towers?

Thanks

Default strut bar

I have installed this bar. Turn the bar towards the front of the car to pull the sides in and turn to the rear of the car to push the sides out.

Should the sides be pull in or pushed out?
