I read the link you gave me the first time... again I was only implying it was a "claim" only b/c I wasnt physically there. What happened was F'ed up and I'm almost embarrased for having heard the horrific news, I 100% understand your point. People dont buy things b/c of people... they buy things b/c of service. Alot of good vendors have been getting slammed for things lately... Forged with that G37 fiasco and this which is the past. Things are hard and if Coz went under other people that had nothing to do with the situation would go down too, they probably have no knowledge of what was put out here. Hey off topic.. your personal opinion.. NASA or SCCA for a newbie like me.

Fair enough! Let's take the OT to PM, but I'll quickly say NASA.

I was waiting for somebody to post that link about CZP too haha. I have read the whole deal with the fuel rails and I knew that I was taking a risk when ordering with CZP. But in the end everything worked out the way it should have and that it is the reason why I posted this, to show that CZP delivered with my order and provided excellent service.

And I do agree with Scotts, people should know about the companies that they are dealing with....whether they did good or bad. I just think that a company can redeem themselves if they want to.

No company deserves a second chance.

Their Customer Service sucks anyways. I'd never go there.

I've ordered most of my items through ImportPartsPro, Z1auto, Oakos, and CZP. Have not had a problem with any of them.

I called Z1auto for my first time about a month ago looking for some parts. The guy I talked to was very rude and didn't really seem like wanting to help me out. So pretty much my first impression was bad customer service, which in turn makes me not want to spend any money with them unfortunately since I have heard good things about them. Didn't get the guys name but excellent customer service makes people want to spend money IMO.

IPP is the bomb, I like SPL as well.
I don't know the guys at Z1auto.
Oakos I've heard good things.
CZP should be in jail.

Good day.

Z1auto is consistently the best vendor I have used on here. I find your experience counter to all of my various orders, etc from them. That being said...........everyone has a bad day now and then. For the most part I agree with kacz07 and Scott on their recommended vendors.
