Thumbs up Concept Z Performance (CZP)

I recently purchased coilovers from a local member from here and I knew that I was going to need a camber kit. While searching online I found that CZP had the best prices, so I decided to give them a call.

I talked to a guy on the phone on Wednesday (it was either Danny or Kyle, can't remember) but I told him that I need the camber kit by Friday so I can get my alignment done. He said we can get them out today and he had them in stock. I told them which camber kit I wanted, gave him my info and then he sent me a invoice through paypal.

I ordered the Kinetix front and rear camber kit, since my car is a DD and I don't track it, I figured this kit would do what I need it to do for a DD. The same day that it shipped, Coz from CZP sent me tracking info through email. By Thursday I had my camber kit. Overall packaging was great but it seems like USPS didn't take care of the package and lost one of the rear camber arms.

I contacted Coz and he was great about everything. He sent another rear camber arm the same day and he sent it with UPS overnight and I got it by Friday morning. He did all this on his own dime, didn't charge me anything extra for it. All that he said was to send the extra rear camber arm if USPS finds it.

Overall experience with CZP was great. Couldn't be more happier with the service that I got from them and I would definitely order from them again

Sounds like a stand up company to buy from. Thanks for sharing your positive experience. I'll keep them in mind for future purchases.

No problem, glad that I could provide something towards the community. I will be using CZP for more parts later on down the road.

Yeah Coz is a real good dude. Whenever I called him up and told him that I was missing one of the rear camber arms, he only asked about the packaging. He asked me if it looked damaged. I told him not really and the way we found out that it was tampered or damage was by the tape. Coz said he used clear tape but on the box there was the USPS tape haha. Coz said let me contact them and let me see if we can find where the part is and said he will call me back. He called back in 5 minutes and said that USPS does not know where the item is and then he said I am shipping you another one out overnight.

COZ 1 - USPS 0 haha

Did you miss the entire thing on the Z32 boards about CZP?

I was curious to see if anyone would chime in on that...Z32 guys never let anything go...understandable in their case because there isnt as broad of a parts development basis like that of a new tuner car, so they are very protective of those who make and continue to make new parts for the platform...COz was a highly supported company on the tt boards until they started selling copies from another manufacture.

^ 100% true but he manned up to it... and yet people still buy from him now so what does that say about CZP? I bought brakes... had a problem and Coz himself called me to get this taken care of. Though I do most if not all my orders through Adam at Z1auto, I wouldnt hesitate to order anything through CZP.

No I don't, he stole from my friends. If I stole your best friend's car and kicked your girlfriend in the head to get her out of the car while doing it, would you let it go one day? To my knowledge, he didn't serve jail time, so there has been no justice served. I'm not preaching for any reason other than to share the knowledge. These are facts that can not be disputed, which is not often the case. Anyone asking about CZP should be aware of these facts, and make educated decisions on their own.

Making copies and selling as your own is bad, and unfortunately, a common thing. That's how companies like AMS make a living - total thievery.

Coz and CZP copied a part then sold it as the original/authentic product, duping many customers into thinking that they were buying the true product unknowing that it was a copy badged as the original. Coz "manned up", as you say, after he was busted and lawyers called him. That's an attempt at saving face, hardly something I would consider manly. Sadly, Coz has thousands of dollars from me over the years as well, but never a penny more since that all came out.

Well Scott... someone F up badly if he's not been punished for what you claim happened(claimed only b.c I was not there to witness it and of course have no knowledge of it either). I see why you have such strong feelings for him but there's other people that work at CZP that did you no harm. If what happened is accurate then my apologies but then again this shouldnt be aired in public forum. The real question I have is... why is he still a vendor on the Forum if the actions that were described really transpired?

Thank you for acknowledging my statements and feelings on this. I've stuck to the facts - there is no claiming going on here. Sure there are other people at CZP who may not have done me harm, but as far as I know, the CEO/President/Owner/Manager of CZP is Coz, and he is the one who made the fake parts, called them authentic, sold them as authentic, and took hard-earned money from otherwise-loyal customers and laughed all the way to the bank. Anyone working for him does so to put $ in his pocket, so they are guilty by default as a CZP employee.

Let me quote Coz's statement again for you:

""we did make 300degree style fuel rails and sell them as 300degree brand...There is nothing I can say or do to make this right, I know I did wrong, and I know I will be paying for it."

I think it should be aired in a public forum and should be public knowledge. The actions described really did transpire. The owners of this site are different than the owners of twinturbo.net, and this forum does not sell Z32 products; however, his sponsorship there has been removed.
