Default StopTech Brakes - Help! (pics)

Hey guys ...been awhile since I came on here. Still loving the Z as much as day one!

Ok here's my question:
I bought my Z wiht 20K miles on it and the previous owner had put StopTech brakes on my ride with the rotors that have the diagnol cuts. I'm trying to identify exactly what version StopTechs I have (need a link if possible) because my "BRAKE" light came on about one week ago. I have no idea how to replace these brake pads or what I should do...do I need to use StopTech brake pads or just take it into a Tuffy's and get whatever pads they use?

Here's a pic of the brakes I got

Still learning here...thanks guys!

If you are going to replace pads on StopTech callipers why not use StopTech pads?

I'm trying to figure out the exact StopTech brakes I have because I don't know which brake pads to get... or if it even matters whether or not I use StopTech brake pads or generics (other than potential durability and stop-time considerations...)?

The brake model depends on 350Z year, number of pistons, and rotor diameter. Rotor diameter may be stamped on the rotor.

If you cannot decide the appropriate pads contact one of our stoptech vendors for help.

Need better pictures to determine your setup. Also, having your brake light come on doesn't necessarily mean you need new brake pads. Have you pulled your wheels off to inspect the pads? When you do pull your wheels off, measure your rotor diameter to make finding your exact setup easier.

Brake light means low fluid or e-brake applied. Fluid level drops as pads wear.

Lots of good advice

Check your brake fluid
Take the wheel off and get better pictures
stick your head in there and see how many pistons you have
Contact StopTech

It looks like the 13" 4 piston kit.
