Default changing spring rates

Anyone know what's a good spring rate I can do with... I have tanabe coilovers that I would used from someone. Looking to soften it up just a tad bit...

Not sure what it has right now... but according to tanabe's site F&R is 10.0 / 8.0 k/g ...

According to the original owner he believes I can buy their pro210 springs. But he doesn't know much about it... Anyone can recommend a good rate? Not sure how to read this thing...

This is going to be one of those cases where changing springs is going to be a lot easier said then done.

What Tanabe kit do you have?

You cannot use Pro210 springs on the S-OC kit in the front because our application uses a special front spring which allows the oem upper shock mount to be used.

If you have the S-OC kit, need to know what the inside diameter of the front spring at the bottom is. I'm hoping it's 70mm.

For the rear no matter what kit it is, you also cannot use Pro210 springs because of the 5" O.D. You should have no trouble using a Eibach ERS spring 5" O.D. 9.5" tall 400lbs in rate.

Curious, what are you considering softer springs? (no wrong answer, might save you sime time and $$).
