Right rear shocks "Swoosh" sound

any idea what can be causing this swoosh sound from my right rear shocks when hitting bumps on highways or moderate speeds? just installed these d-specs not too long ago.

Are they Nike shocks? Those all come with a swoosh.

change the settings (go softer) and see if it does the same thing.. you change the stiffness since the install?
