Default Bilstein B6 Experience?

Did a search, but couldn't find much information on the Bilstein B6 HD shocks.

Does anybody here have experience with the Bilstein HD shocks?

Do you guys notice whether it is shorter or longer than the stock OEM Z shocks? The piston and body???

Any observation?

My main concern is that both G35 (Coupe and Sedan) and 350Z Bilstein shocks use the same part numbers. The G35 stock shocks use slightly longer pistons. If the Bilstein utilizes the G35 design, then they would bottom out very easily on the Z.

Thanks!

Bilstein is a very reputable company. I haven't seen any reports of people bottoming out easily using their shocks. Search and you will probably find a few threads where owners give their feedback on these shocks. I personally own a set of PSS10s and they're fantastic. I know it isn't the same thing but if HDs are anywhere near the quality of their coils, it's a good choice.

OP, did you buy and install the Bilstein HDs? I am also looking for feedback on the HDs.
TIA

I've had them on for about 4 months with the hotchkis springs @ .6 drop.

They do not bottom out at this height. Haven't once yet.
