Can S-Tune shocks be puchased w/o springs?
I've had my nismo s-tune suspension on my car for almost 70k, and I would like to get some new shocks. Are they only available as a kit? If they are available individually, does any one have any part #s?
Never seen pArts of the kit for sale. Besides what we often see is the sum of the parts exceeding the price of the kit.
You can replace the damper with quality Koni or Bilstein. It will be good.

I am looking at the Japanese Nismo catagloues. I don't think they can be purchased separately, if you even decide to special order them and wait three weeks for them.
The Nismo S-tune shocks are very marginally stiffer than the non-Nismo shocks are probably very similar to the Tokico HP Blue shocks, which can be had for under $300 shipped at some online stores.
From my experience with Nismo brake and suspension parts, they are simply OEM parts with slightly different specifications. They are not worth the Nissan premium. Period.
The D-specs are both cheaper and stiffer than the S-Tune shocks.
