I'd highly recommend the BC BR Coilovers. They ride well, give you a wide range of adjustment and for the money, they really can't be beat.

I LOVE KW but I don't know that they'd be ideal for your daily that you'd like to lower and make handle a little better.

how low are you wanting the car?
how comfortable/uncomfortable are you willing to live with at your intended height?
does $1200 include install, and the rear camber/toe kit you're going to need? how about the alignment?

i wanna good daily driver ride, im looking for complete setups. 1200 does NOT include the install. i will be doing that. i already slammed a G on HKS's, with no problems on install.

Stance, BC, or Function&Form are some really good coils for a budget setup...

we slammed the G where it had about half of the key standing straight upward. i would like to go low, i know im gonna scrap and rub.
but if you dont your too high.
but im saying like 2.5inches or so. my drive way is flat, and most of my roads are good, just will have to get in other lanes for rough roads.

as of right now im leaning towards the stance gr+ plus oem style 11k/12k coils vendor has them for at my price to my door.

i really like my Stance LX, and you can get them w the adjsutment extenders for the rear srut tower for around 1000 dollars..
The adjustability is nice, and if youre the type who likes to slam cars, the shock bodies are threaded to allow you to put it on the ground.
KWs are sick.. but if youre dead set at 1200 bucks, Stance LX are nice and offer those higher end qualities like good adjustment range and adj dampening (unlike tein basic. )

PM Intensesales on here or call em.. heading down there now actually.

what you are looking for, combined with a slammed stance, simply does not exist at that price point, or anything near that price point unfortunately. None of the coilovers at the price range you are talking about are going to truly have a nice, OEM type ride at your intended height. You would either need to substantially increase the budget, or live with something that is going to be bouncy at that low height

thanks for the info man, but i have road in a few cars locally and they all meet my DD conditions of ride, im leaning at the Stance GR+ plus oem rear style, based on the price and the conditions. im not gonna slam it but i cant stand how high it is now. thanks for the inputs from all.

im gonna give a look at a few vendors who are running sales on the
Stances. thanks guys

I am going to throw out Endura tech, I just got a set installed on my car. The shop that deals with them puts them on a lot of subarus and EVOs. They have split collars, so you can loosen a allen screw if they seize.

Not to hijack the thread but quick question. If you buy coilovers that allow you to adjust the camber in the front is it then necessary to buy control arms?

got Stance True GR+ coilovers that replace the spring bucket in the rear (save a TON of weight too) for around $1100 shipped with rear extenders on here...and trust me, you can slam with these if you want! BUT you are still going to need to get a front/rear camber/toe adjustment setup for any coilover setup to get a proper alignment

Then what is the point of coilovers offering the ability to adjust camber? I'm just trying to make sense of everything I am reading (learning), not trying to down play you, so please don't take it that way.
