Default Stoptech BBK vs. OEM wheels.

Will any of the Stoptech BBKs (or other brands for that matter), particularly the 13" (322mm) ones, fit under the stock 17" wheels? In particular I'm talking about the stock 17" '04 Enthusiast wheels, I don't know if they are different visually or clearance wise from other 17".

Stoptech typically designs their kits to fit under the OEM 17" wheels. You will need at least a 17" wheel to clear the rotor/caliper of the 332x32 Stoptech kit. And... you need at least 18" wheels to clear the 355 Stoptech kit.

I've seen other posts of people fitting the 17" wheels over the OEM Track package Brembos, so I'd guess that they will clear Stoptechs.

The best thing to do is call Stoptech and confirm. They are always very helpful. www.stoptech.com

Hope that helps.

Yes, they fit. Replace the OEM balance weights with some new thinner stick on weights and mount them as close to the spokes as you can. A local Pep Boys GAVE me the weights.

Yep...our 332 kits fit the stock 17's, and our 355 kit fits the peformance/touring 6 speed 18's and track 18's.
