I had the same issue when I had my z. Every bump and scary during the rain

I had bad bushings, needed alinement, rear right coilover was shot and a wheel barring issue.

I was at 95,000 miles when I first noticed the problem. I drive pretty hard, so I was surprised they lasted that long.

I have the left rear upper and lower control arms, oem camber and traction arms, brembo knuckle with e-brake, and the drive axle with all good bushings from my 08 and only 9,000 miles I'm going to put for sale soon. If your worried about bushings, buy my parts I'll have them all in the classifieds hopefully this weekend. I cam give the hub bearing with the knuckle but just a heads up, it's no good...

Like I said the cause of all my problems was the alignment...

so you got an alignment and it is fixed?

my guess would have been your toe was way off
my toe was way off and the car was scary to drive , now with a perfect alignment it is very stable

I think I am going through this same situation at the moment as well. I just hit 90-k the other week. I noticed the rear end starting to sway during braking and hard acceleration. First noticed it in the rain and thought it was a tire issue (305s tend to hydroplain). I just hope its bushings and not blown struts (on D-specs with Cobb springs).

Worst part is that I just don't have the time to look at it. It might be another month before my schedule settles down.

Well the alignment fixed the rear end wobble i would feel when hitting bumps, but I just spun another hub bearing on the driver rear.

Just swapped the bearing one last time and about to get my tires balanced just to rule them out as a factor.

Next plan of action, save some money for a month or two buy rear diff and swap it out. If it burns through another hub, I'm going to replace the hub one last time, drive it straight to the dealership, and trade it in on a 370..... lol Of course I will get all my goodies off it first....
