Default Front wheels feel like they are coming off... but not

it happened just yesterday. i thought my front wheel was coming off because i replaced some new nuts. I was driving about 60 and it happened while i was chaning lane. i hit the reflective devices on the road and the front wheels seems like they were loosing and coming off. It scared the heck out of me. Stopped the car and inspected all nuts. they all all tight. so i got on the car and drove it for awhile and it happened again. and i realized it happened every i hit the reflectors or drive on an uneven road. my front wheels seem to be flying. like hydroplane like but not that excessive. It was just a little hydroplane like. I got 20" on my car and f452 all around. i didnt happened before. I have been driving with these wheels for a while now.

anyone felt this before?

any suggestion of where to check.

i left my car untouched now.

i was thinking of front arm bushing blown?
maybe alignment is off?
but please make a suggestion so i can check them. thanks

07 and has 60k on it

Any suspension work recently? Were the roads wet? Are your wheels hubcentric? Did you tighten the lugs in a "star" pattern? Do you have spacers?

Put the z on jack stands. See if the wheels have free play by moving left right, up down by hand. If they do, see what is moving that shouldn't be.

Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight.

Make sure ball joints aren't coming apart.

Make sure tie rods are secure.

Make sure the wheel bearing is not failing.

(All this is in addition to the post above)

i felt this once, i forgot to take off the hub centric rings before i put stock wheels back on so it wobbled and sounded like it was going to fall off.

And btw , how do you even drive a Z there? I went down some street under the 5 to get back to front street and it was seriously like 40 degrees slope and i almost thought i took a wrong turn.. place is nuts. Luckily i was in my GS300, but damn.. even getting onto coronado island.. big ol bump at the bottom of the bridge... guess Ill never be able to road trip it there.

have you replaced the LCA or compression rod bushings yet? those go fast in our cars. good news is taht you cant tell how bad it handles becuase they go bad so slowly.. fix em and your car will feel brand new... id check there first.

I believe you said you just replaced your lug nuts. Can you go back to your original lug nuts and see if the problem persists? Since the car behaved correctly prior to the new lug nuts, it just makes sense they must be the cause of your problem.
