Default Nismo springs on stock shocks? Good or bad?

Is it okay to put Nismo springs on stock suspension. And will the spring rates be comfortable? I've looked all over and no one has given a straight answer. Im looking to drop it .08 but is the whole kit necessary for actually lowering the car and improving performance? thank you!

depends on which NISMO springs (from a NISMO 350Z, or from the 'aftermarket' NISMO S Tune suspension kit), and which shocks (year, model, etc)

from the S Tune kit:

I dont think you're going to find much, if any feedback on mixing these springs with any other struts, because they were sold as a set. The rates are 454 lbs up front and 498 lbs rear (not sure if that rear rate is peak or start, as it's progressively wound)

If it's from a 350Z NISMO Edition, those springs are 492 front/336-672 rear

The Nismo 350Z also has red springs. They are not the same as the S-tune. The stock Nismo springs are not as progressive as the ones pictured.

Check my profile pics. I have a shot of the front spring.
