my Goodridge lines are rubber, covered with stainless steel braiding which is covered with clear teflon tubing... the cover over the stainless steel braid helps reduce the chances of small debris lodging between the stainless steel braid and the inner rubber line
How effective are these stainless steel braided brake line ? I mean, would you be able to feel a difference on the pedal in day to day driving (not track) ?
I am using the Stoptech lines. The pedal is more firm IMO. However, the Z isn't my daily driver and everything about the Z is way more firm than what I am driving daily so my opinion may be biased. I think I read the Stoptech's are made of teflon. The stainless braiding is covered with rubber also.
