Which compression rod bushings are you using?
the spl's are a bit pricy, n not sure if the energy suspension compression rod bushings are any good.

A laser alignment is only as good as the technician doing it. If he doesn't install the fixtures on the wheels correctly and follow the procedure for compensation, the results will be less than satisfactory.

The 350Z service manual requires that they use "jacking compensation" instead of "rolling compensation", which is easier and much faster but less accurate.

There's always some variation in how the fixtures go on the wheels, and the wheels themselves may have some runout. The compensation procedure tells the computer what these errors are, and the computer cancels them out later in the alignment process. If any of the fixtures are moved on the wheels after compensation, the alignment will be off.

The entire alignment machine also needs to be calibrated regularly, too.

Since your lowered, SPL compression arm bushings are the only way to go. Also keep on eye on the LCA bushings, they also like to fail on lowered cars, Whiteline makes great replacements. SPL also has LCA bushings, but they are a bit of overkill unless you beat the **** out of your car.

Balance is near perfect though, why I'm not completely pissed.

hmm. this seems like a problem i could be experiencing.

my tires wear out rather quickly and seem like the inside edges wear in a pretty "jagged" fashion as opposed to smooth camber wear. (i know...sounds ridiculous...kind of hard to put into words)

i have BFG KDW's and at first i thought it was just the tires. but they are getting louder and louder! looks like i'll be investing in these bushings.

is this the correct product?
