Having trouble with Brembo GT kit 13' rotors.

Me and my buddy have been trying to install my used Brembo GT kit with 13 inch rotors, and it is hitting the spindle. Any suggestions to alleviate this problem???

I drive a 06' Base

need pics. What's a Brembo 'GT' kit? From the Grand Touring Z?
What spindle?

My guess is the rotor is hitting the dust shield. Cut off the dust shield.
