Exclamation CXRacing Coils "Monster Truck"

I recently bought CXRacing Coils, and just installed the rears. Well when i lowered the car the whole care sits like a monster truck. I took some photos to show you how i installed them and im pretty sure i did everything right.

I contacted CXRacing and talked to a guy name Ace and he said i did everything right and even he doesn't know what the deal is. I ask to return them and get a refund and i got a "NO". I simply told him i only installed the rear which i did and i havent even drove the car yet and i cant even get an exchange.

So let me know what you guys think.

Thanks
- Nick

Its late and perhaps im not looking at this correctly but in the second picture it looks like an adjustable spring seat? Have you tried threading the seat up? Looks like you have it set at max height (threaded to the bottom)

You have the springs set on max height, come to the S&R Poker Run and I can show you how to set it up right. If you come make sure you bring your tools that came with the coils

They are adjustable for a reason, and you have them adjusted to max height.

If I'm looking it it correctly, you should be able to thread that red collar clockwise (looking from the bottom), or to the Right when you're looking into the wheel well. The collar will thread up onto that threaded body, which therefore moves the upper spring seating interface up closer to the car. The threaded body will pass down through the center of the spring. When you drop the car back onto the ground, your ride height will be lower.

Correct. And if the shock body is length adjustable, it should also be shortened proportionally to the spring height so that the shock travel is correct for the ride height.

Once you adjust the spring and drop the car roll it a few feet so the suspension can adjust. When you drop the car the wheel will sit straight or on positive camber. Once you roll it , thw wheel adjust to negative camber and you will see the drop.

lol if you put the spring perch towards the top of the car, the spring will follow it, effectively lowering your car. your definitely at max height dude
