Default HELP with brembos

So i changed my front rotors and pads then bled the brakes on a few different occasions and on the first pump while driving its super mushy and doesnt brake well until the second pump. When i need to stop quicly the car pulls to the left slightyl. Does this mean the left caliper is grabbing first or somthing? I remember one of the pistons on the right caliper being alot harder than the rest to push in when trying to fit new pads? I also just found out the correct order to bleed the brakes but i still dont see it being that mushy the way i did it. (right rear, left rear, front right, front left) My car is a track with 108k on it. Does this mean the calipers could need a rebuild? Any ideas of what this could be or if it is that i bled them wrong. any help would be greatly appreciated.
