Default Difference in Front spindles, 03-04, 05+

Hey guys. Did some searching but came up with nothing useful. So I need to replace my passenger front spindle, and I want to buy a new one. There's no telling if a used/salvaged part has a slight bend. I'd rather spend a few extra bucks for shiny metal and peace of mind.

The Question: I have a 2003 Z (October 2002), there are two different spindles listed for Z's. One is for "2003-08/2004" for $322 + shipping on courtesyparts.com. The other has the same part number through courtesy parts, but a different Nissan number and says "08/2004-2006" and has "07+HR" under that as well. The newer model (08/2004-2006 07+HR version) is about $100 cheaper. Are these spindles interchangeable?

Coilovers, swaybars, camber kits, brake kits, and just about everything is for 03-08 Z's, and doesn't specify only for 03/04. So I would assume the newer cheaper spindle can be used right? I mean if every part bolts up to any year then why wouldn't they be the same? The only thing I can think of is maybe a newer cast to improve an old problem or something, but then why still even sell the old model?

Here's the link to what I'm looking at. Can anyone make heads or tails of this? Like I said, if almost all (if not all) suspension/brake parts seem to be for 03-08 Z's, it would appear the DE, Rev Up, and HR all use the same mounting positions on the spindle.

I have been researching replacement lower ball joints for the lower control arm on my HR.

From what Ive found the later year cars have a larger diam lower ball joint which may translate to a larger conical ball joint seating surface (our ball joints have conical sleeves to reduce stress concentrations).

All is hearsay though bc I have not put a set of calipers to anything yet.
