Default Upper control arm bushing replacement

Does anyone have any tips or DIY?

I got a set of energy suspension replacement bushing.

Can the OEM bushings be pressed out? There this youtube video, not very detail but looks like he burned out the rubber one and cut the sleeve.

I'm sure it could be, but it's probably difficult using a press due to the shape of the arm.

On another note I ran into his blog the other day and saw that he's running offset bushings with those oem arms. I'd love more info on those.
