Yes, they will fit just fine:

How many miles does he have on them? If they are in great shape, low miles I would say from personal experience they are well worth $400. If they have much more than 20k miles on them I would pass and start looking at other options.

It will fit.

From what i understand the stock nismo suspension is the same as every other Z. IT's the S-Tune that is a different spec.

buy the shocks and then buy the car so you can rescue it from further torture.

and why is his 350z emblem on the wrong side....?

Wrong, 2007-2008 Nismo spring rates are much different and even slightly stiffer than the S-tune. Take a look at my link above if you want to see the spring rates.

Edit (to save you the effort of clicking on the link):

Nismo Z (2007-2008) linear front progressive rear
No drop front or rear
Spring rates 492/336-672

Nismo S-tune shock and spring setup 350Z
.6"/.6" drop
Spring rates 393-448/254-504

2003/2004 OEM 350Z linear front and rear
314/342

slightly stiffer than the S tune?

Take another look

I understand you can't use those shocks with any aftermarket lowering springs either, because the shocks won't work properly with em. I actually swapped out my REAR S tune springs, because I felt they were too stiff (504) on uneven pavement and actually caused tail to snap out on throttle in mid turn. I put in Eibach ProKits in rear (421) and they work great now with S tune shocks. Car launches a LOT better and no more power oversteer

I was talking about the design setup and ride height, not spring rate.

I have been very happy with the change from the the stock 2003 suspension to the 2008 Nismo springs/shocks. I have driven both S-tune and the Nismo set-up and so far prefer the 2007-2008 Nismo but will let you know for sure after our next track day.

Ok, but your statement was vague and could mislead some people so I just added the details to clarify the 2007-2008 Nismo suspension is not "the same as every other Z."

As long as you have shocks and matching springs, it should perform very well.
It's going to be very stiff. Keep in mind, Nismo has stiffer body stucture as well to match the suspension set up. I didn't like the very stiff rear S tune set for reasons I mentioned. It's MUCH better (S tune) with softer rear springs (basically revised stock)..just my take. BTW, if you don't like the rears on your set up, I have the S tunes (504) that I took off mine and could sell you if you're interested.
