That test car sure is sexy!!

If all goes well, we may have some finalized install pics up around monday.. right now the calipers are in the paint shop.

DocofMind.. great guy to work with, definitely knows what he is talking about.. for those who are participating in the GB.. wait till you see the kit in person.. its awesome! No hype.. just a very high quality product.

I can get you the front kit now. And put you on order for the rear kit. Let me know what you decide. Because we only have one more slot left for the front kit. And everyone who order the front kit are on the list for the rear kit when they are available. Which will be around 2 weeks after the front kits get shipped out.

So if you are interested in these brakes. Get on this boat. And the rears will be ready very soon.

Thx

Wow, sounds really good. Maybe you can help member ZxRage out. He want to get this kit, but he is trying to get them in gold. Maybe this way, he can purchase the kit and send it to your guy to get it painted in Metallic gold.

yeah sure.. i picked the color out of the PPG paint color book for stock colors.. the mercedes metallic was the best in my opinion not too gold.. a little flashier than the others.. wait till you see the pics and then decide if you like it.. i wanted something that would stand out and look "sorta" stock hehe.. but not really.. my dad's bodyshop is actually painting them.. the hardest part was masking off the wilwood logo.. it took me about 2 hrs.. if i had a digital cam. i could take pics of the caliper.. but might as well wait till theyre on..

How do they perform compared to brembo's and stoptech?

Quality product? Longevity?

What kind of testing is done on them? Is their any bias or good balance overall?

What are performance specs? What is stopping distance? Can they come with only slotted, not drilled rotors?

thanx

the brakes look excellent, although I'm not a huge fan of the gold caliper paint, or those wheels (ugh).. to each his own though. Looking forward to the 4-wheel kit when I can put together the money.

These are mostly opinion questions. After most of our customers receive the first shipment. You will hear a lot of reviews from them. We def. have a lot of faith in the Wilwood Big Brake kit. It's very popular among NSX, s2000 and Lexus GS400 customers.

Actually i love the wheels and the gold calipers!! Oh wait it's my car.. j/k.. But the brakes in comparison to my stocks (touring).. are night and day..the feel of the pedal seems much more precise, less effort is needed to stop faster.. the brakes aren't even broken in yet and i can already tell a difference.. those of you who have ordered them will not be dissappointed.. as i was a little skeptical at first and am very pleased and confident with the end result!

glad to hear you're happy with the kit.. I wasn't trying to diss on your wheel/caliper setup, man.. just not my style.

I wish I had the cash to lay down for the brakes today.
