Default parking bakes loose

I did a break job on my 08 z this past weekend. Replaced the brake and rotors on all wheels. However it seems as if I did something wrong. The parking break is not "tight" enough. When I am on a steep incline my car will slowly slide. Does anyone have any idea how I might resolve this?

Maybe I should have let the professionals do this, but oh well.

There is a way to tighten the e-brake wire a bit.

That the way from under the "coin holder". I didnt really touch the ebrake system, however the rear rotors were rusted on pretty good.

I think the better way is to adjust from the rear:

1. remove rear wheel
2.remove ashtray, insert deep socket wrench to rotate the adjustment nut and loosen the cable.
3.Remove adjusting hole plug installed on the disk. Use a flathead screwdriver, turn the disk until it locks. After locking, turn the adjuster in the opposite direction by 5 or 6 notches.
4. rotate rotor to make sure there is no drag.
5. Adjust the cable by engaging the lever 10 times with a force of 66lbs and then adjust the the lever stroke by tightening the adjusting nut.
6. Make sure that the stroke for parking brake is about 6-7 notches.
7. Completely release the parking brake and again check to make sure there is no drag on the rear brakes.

There should be an adjusting adapter on both rear rotors?

I haven't done this myself. This is something i remember from talking about improving e-brake bite a few years ago with a few buddies.
