Default Thump coming from suspension

Ok so the other day i took off my left wheel to get in the headlamp to install my HIDs. When i put everything back on it was all good and dandy, 1-2 days after the install i hear a weird thumping sound coming from the left wheel area/suspension. Mind you im still on stock springs and everything in the car is stock. Today on the way to work i went over a little hill with some bumps and i guess the impact did something that the thump now turned into some sort of metal to metal grinding sound as the car moves. When i seem to turn either direction as the car is moving the noise is not there, but as soon as the car moves straight you can hear it again. Also, when i brake the noise isnt there, then i let go of the brakes and its there again, what can be happening here? Any ideas?

Check the dust/heat shield next to the rotor to see if it got bent when you were removing the fender well panel.
