Default need advice on these 2 spring set-ups

hey guys whats up?? im pretty new to changing suspension parts specially inn the Z, i have an 06 enthusiast 350z, i have the tokico d specs shocks sitting at home but im looking for linear springs for these shocks, i will not be tracking the car often but i do drive spiritedly, i dnt really care about comfort
im looking to pull the trigger at either the whiteline springs or the tokico springs made for the shocks... i consider myself a decent driver since im young nd not alot of experience when it comes to real car control so i rather be on the safe side (prefering understeer rather than over steer), what will these spring rates do to my car in connection to the tokico D specs?
tokico d spec springs rates 375/375 Linear Springs
Whiteline 350Z linear springs (control)
Front: Part # 73219,
Spring rate 365 LBS Drop: .8"-1"
Rear: Part # 73220
Spring rate 445LBS Drop: 1"-1.2"
thanks in advance ....oh btw the roads here in NY are really bad as i think this actually matters

D-Spec spring will have more understeer , both are good springs.

Probably would go with the D-Spec.

would the whiteline springs be to stiff for daily driving? would the car b all over the road due to its rates and the shitty roads here in ny?
