Question Advice

So I recently picked up a PPW 08 Nismo. The car already had some modifications, some of which I'm attempting to reverse in the name of performance; one of which is the current spring setup. So the previous owner did something incredibly dumb and swapped out the stock Nismo springs for a set of KSport junk.

As I intend taking the car to the track and Autocross, I'm trying to restore the handling by ridding myself of these springs. The issue I'm running into is deciding what I should do.

I like the look that the lowering springs offer, but I really don't like the huge sacrifice in performance. My options at this point are to pick-up a set of OEM Nismo springs and lose the nice ride-height (a completely superficial concern), or alternatively get a set of Swift Spec-Rs and get ride-height, as well as a stiff spring (albeit softer than OEM Nismo).

I'm not mentioning coilovers because I want to spend that much money at this point.

Let me know what you guys think would be a good choice!
