Not exactly sure what to call it, except a serious issue.
Had my Z for almost 2 years an no issues. Until today...famous words huh. Well I drop the car about 3 miles and it was running/driving fine. Pulled a left hand turn onto the highway, got up to 65ish for about a mile and it sounded like a had a flat tire. Didn't feel like it though, pulled off and everything is fine...nothing under the car (dragging), tires fine, not wheel wobble, weights were still on the car where they were supposed to be. Didn't want to risk it so I drove the car back home where I started to notice things. 1) If I put my foot on the brakes it stopped. Also it was coming from the back of the car. And it got really bad when I decelerated. Car accelerates fines, brakes seem to work just fine, going down my dirt road (small bumps) didn't make it worse, and it seems to be connected to the rotation of the wheels. Slower I go the more time between the noise (like the flopping of a flat tire).
Not sure what this means. But you know how the brakes pads wiggle a little? Well not sure if they are supposed to, but the pads on driver rear wiggle slightly, like probably less then a mm. But, the passenger rear inside doesn't. Passenger rear outside does. I'm at a loss on where to start.
Just hoping my extender 100k mile warranty will cover it, if it's something bad.
