Alright so I recently installed some front SPC UCAs, coilovers, and new wheels/tires.. I need to get it aligned asap, because I installed the UCAs and they are pretty much just "thrown" on there. I don't know how to even set it close to being aligned right..
I have taken it to several alignment shops all of which have no idea how to adjust them. I now have set up an appointment Wednesday to take it to CIN Motorsports in Charlotte and get them to make sure everything is installed correctly, then they are going to get it to a performance alignment shop to get it done right.
My current front alignment specs are:
-3.1 Camber (Driver's front) and -4.0 (Pass front)
8.7 Caster and 9.3 Caster
0.05 Toe and 0.04 Toe
Total Toe = 0.09
You can look at the wheels and see how off the camber is..
So my question is, if I try to adjust the camber myself, by pulling the ball joint all the way out towards the outside of the car, to at least get the wheel stood up so it doesn't look so bad, would that throw my toe out so much that it would be better to just leave it like it is?
Kind of hard to explain but hopefully you suspension guys will know what I'm trying to say..
Thanks
