Need Info
The caliper mounting bracket bolts , does the washer go against the head of the bolt or is it a spacer ?
Install notes make no mention of washer location or caliper centering on rotor issue .

Here is the manual..page 16 says washers go under the nuts>>>

Install the jet nuts onto each stud, with one
12mm washer under each nut. Tighten the jet
nuts to 40 lb-ft of torque, using a 1/2” socket.
