Moton , they can handle it no problem.

With high end coilovers, you supply the springs that you want.

Why do you need springs that stiff? Major aero parts, wide slicks?

Do you realize that the mounting points and bushings for the shock absorbers were designed for the intermittent loads associated with the shock absorbers? The coilovers put the weight of the car on those parts all the time with intermittently higher loads when the springs are compressed.

Stiffer springs make the intermittent loads even higher. That just seems like a really bad idea.

I went with 12/10. I think it's perfect for a daily driver. Rides pretty good and it's not too stiff.

Mine is a dedicated track car, and runs 13k front and 6k rear. So, since your a local Vegas driver, are you running Spring Mt next weekend with speedventures. I have a feeling that you have a lot to learn, if you want to track monthly, keep it stock for now.

I will second this statement just for the fact that your asking about what are the right spring rates for your setup. Stick to the stock car and learn that first, than move up to coilovers
