Default beware of ditches. rear suspension help

hey guys ive had my 03 350 for about a year now, and ive just recently started sliding it. unfortunately stuff happens when going sideways at high speeds. well i went off the pavement just enough to hit a slight dip off the shoulder of the road, deep enough to call a ditch. my rear suspension did not deal with this very well. so to get to the point, what exactly would i call that piece of metal thats bent all to hell. my guess is the rear control arm or control link. i know theres hundreds of threads on just this subject but none of them i found to be sufficient for what i want to know. so to sum it all up:
what exactly do i call that link?
what all needs replaced?
whats recommended for aftermarket?
any other useful info is greatly appreciated. i know im gonna get flammed for this one and frankly i wouldnt be happy if i dont. anything to help my z get back on the track is worth posting, so please, if you deem it necessary, post it.

Actually, your Z saved you from a lot of more expensive damage when the rear camber arm bent. It's the weakest link when the lateral load on the rear wheel exceeds design specs. Do a search and you can find plenty of aftermarket options from companies like SPL, Kinetix and others, but unless your Z is lowered, there's no real advantage to using them. Be sure to have the entire car re-aligned after you fix this part.

You can find a used OEM set for cheap. Everyone is swapping them out for aftermarket arms.

youre not really jacking it up by the linkage are you(I guess that's one way to bend it back)? any damage to the wheel?

You'll be able to find a replacement pretty cheap for sure

With that one bent, usually the other 3 are bent too.

I'm sorry but you did zero search or reading. Suspension 101 thread would have identified this link for you many times.

So you plan to hit things on a semi regular basis on public streets?

yeah and plans on ebay arms to do so with. OEM/high quality aftermarket will bend...ebay will snap. Which do you think is safer of the two?
