Default Wilwood question

Considering getting a Wilwood BBK, I'm debating between the W6A front caliper or the FNSL6 caliper. From what the TCE website tells me is that the w6a caliper has a greater caliper body size and mass, as well as 15% more pad material. I will be doing street driving primarily, some autocross with an occasional track day. I know the pad compound is the most important factor but would 15% more material have much benefit for my purposes?

Thanks dudes!

You will be perfectly fine with the lesser caliper kit, just talk to Todd about it. I run the lesser set on my car and have for years, unless you seriously race, the difference will only be cosmetic.

Btw, the BP10 pads are dam nice and will work for limited track use, I run Poly B on my car.

^^^ That's what I was looking for. I'll probably stick with the bp-10 pad for street and autocross, i'll probably change pads when I track it.

Feel free to call and talk to Todd at TCE about any questions you have, he knows more about brakes than Willwood probably does.

I'm using the BP-10 pad & have had them for over 20K miles. They work great & I'm hard on my brakes.
