Front spring/shock looks like OEM that is sold on the NISMO

I would first get the rear wheel off and determine if there is a spacer back there. If there is, remove it and see if you can run the car without it. Those fake Volk TE37's will sometimes not clear your brakes without spacers so the previous owner may have added them for "stance" or to clear the brakes

You need new tires ASAP regardless

So are we all concurring that without spacers (if they're there) the rear should clear with stock camber adjustment, and I can address the ride height later on down the road?

That is correct, you may even clear with rolled fenders
