Maverick dual caliper bracket issue

Maverick dual caliper bracket issue
It's an 04 z that I put the maverick dual caliper brackets on.
I used Brembo calipers all from the same "series" and the rotors are just the Brembo rotors.
I had to grind a little bit of the caliper for the rotor to clear while spinning.
The front brakes were not touched at all and remain working.
All four rear calipers locked up. And I'm not sure why or where to start. Any one had any issues?
