Default 350z Loose Suspension

Hey Guys, so when I make my turns, whether sharp or wide, I can hear the tires sliding in the back. Went to Big O and they told me it is most likely a bad or loose suspension. Has anyone had similar problems where every turn they make feels like the back end is sliding? Just got new tires and did not fix the problem. Also, at higher speeds the steering wheel will shake and since the tires are now balanced I figure the tires being the problem is completely out. Thanks for your thoughts!

Did anyone think to put it on a lift and look? Or check the alignment?

No, I was unable to get anyone to look at it due to their high volume at the time. I have an appointment for this Friday. The guy who helped me said he owned a 2006 Z that had to have the whole rear suspension replaced and said it ran him about $4000. I'm new to really getting into cars so I'm not sure whether this is an exaggeration or not. I'm gonna put her up soon and check out if anything is loose in the rear.

Hey guys! I figured out that it was a welded differential that the previous owner did not warn me about before the purchase (not sure how I didn't notice). I am likely going to replace the differential soon. Thank you for your insight!
